Zhitong Finance APP was informed that $China Bolton (03318.HK)$ issued an announcement that the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Shenzhen Bolton Fragrance Co., Ltd. and Zhongxiang Fragrance (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., have recently obtained relevant information from the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration. After 6 months of due diligence by relevant government departments on the compliance of the Group's e-liquid production process, the Group has successfully obtained a license to produce e-liquid. The Group is in the process of applying to the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration for licenses related to the e-cigarette business in the above-mentioned other fields. With the promulgation of the relevant laws of the "Tobacco Monopoly Manufacturing Enterprise License", if the Group obtains all relevant licenses for the electronic cigarette business, the Group will accelerate the development of the electronic cigarette business to cooperate with the expansion of the electronic cigarette market.
