Today is a very important day. It is the day when our important customers come to visit. One week before we heard that our VIP customers will come to our office, we prepared PPT files in advance to introduce our company and products, prepared flowers and gifts for him,and we pre-booked the restaurant to welcome our important customers.

We rehearsed the process of receiving customers in advance, went down to receive customers when he arrived in advance, and sent the prepared flowers and handwritten thank you letters to him. When the customers received the flowers, he was surprised and kept saying thank you, saying we are very enthusiastic, and then we invited him to the designated restaurant for lunch. We talked about the product and the company's future plan during lunch. Our general manager talked with him about our company plan and brand promotion plan, as well as the common goal,it is we are grow up together and become more and more strong. He eats happily, and we are also very happy.

After lunch, we back to our office. We showed our sample cabinet to the customer, and introduced our hot-selling models and hot-selling countries in turn. He tested the samples directly. He was very satisfied with our samples and praised us for our professionalism and patience. He also brought a few samples back. Later, he directly mentioned the deposit for the product, and transferred the money directly in the office. The speed was very fast. Later, we gave him a beautifl gift. He  was very happy and took pictures with us.We also customized a special trophy for the him, which belongs only to him,he was very touch.Besides,he praised us for our enthusiasm, care and excellence. He said he liked our products and our working atmosphere very much. He was very happy to visit this time and hoped to visit again next time. We hugged him ,this is our different and important experience,we will not forget this day.
