West Virginia users are most addicted to e-cigarettes, study shows

2022-09-20

Blue Hole New Consumer Report, September 20 news, according to foreign reports, according to a recent study using Google Trends data, residents of West Virginia in the United States are looking for electronic cigarettes.

According to ProVape research, West Virginia has the most searches for vaping keywords. These search terms include terms like vape shop, vape, vaping, and vapes. West Virginia looks for the words vape and vaping more than any other state.

The rankings show that West Virginia is way ahead.

Each state has a score ranging from 6 to 117, with the lower the score, the more addicted to vaping. While the exact method of scoring was not given, West Virginia scored by far the lowest six, with the second-place state scoring 23.

It was followed by Wyoming, Kentucky and Hawaii, according to the rankings. The states least obsessed with vaping are California, New York and Maryland.

It's important to note that the Google Trends data doesn't indicate how many West Virginians are vaping, just how many are looking for information about them. While the numbers themselves are unaffected, it should also be noted that the study was done by an e-cigarette retailer and included in its pro-nicotine statement.

For the past few years, there has been debate about whether e-cigarettes are a good choice for smoking. In the past month, e-cigarette maker Juul agreed to a $440 million settlement for marketing its high-nicotine vaping products, which have long been blamed for sparking a nationwide surge in youth vaping.
