The design of the heating sheet includes thickness, material, length and width, and circuit design. Very precise requirements are required. Oil storage cotton The material, density and winding method of cotton are very important factors. The higher the density of cotton, the stronger the oil-holding ability, the slower the oil-conducting speed, and the risk of burning; on the contrary, the lower the density, the faster the oil-conducting speed, but it is prone to oil leakage. After the heating wire is energized, there are six to seven Baidu, and if it is neutralized with smoke oil, the working temperature is only about 200 degrees. Therefore, the speed of oil intake will affect the life and taste. Good cotton should have fast oil conduction speed, strong oil locking ability, and high temperature resistance, so that it is not easy to burn the core.

Or, the heating temperature of the heating sheet is not enough, how to adjust the wire diameter and resistance value of the mesh?


Sometimes, the matching cotton sheet is not reasonable enough, so the heating temperature of the mesh sheet needs to be changed to enhance the fragrance; sometimes, the oil absorption effect of the cotton sheet is not good, and the density of the mesh sheet needs to be adjusted. The key is to find the [balance point] between the oil inlet speed and the atomization speed.

The life of atomizing core


In terms of factors that affect the life of the atomizing core, in terms of external factors, e-liquid accounts for a large proportion. The thickness and chemical impurities of the e-liquid are all related to the life of the atomizing core. The thicker the e-liquid with more impurities, the greater the workload on the atomizing core, just like a person who overeats must be in poor physical condition. People who eat a balanced diet.


Regardless of external factors, as far as the atomizing core itself is concerned, the biggest threat to its life is "carbon accumulation".


Carbon deposits are what remains after atomization. The performance is that the heating wire is black and there is a slurry.


Too much atomization residue will cause the cotton wick to burn, and the taste will be burnt.
