Quitline, a smoking quit service agency on the island, said that it will provide these tool packs to smokers 18 and above, and provide suggestions and support.

These kits will be used as alternatives, or as supplements for nicotine replacement therapy, and the latter is also available.

Genxi Island Quit the hotline stated that the ongoing research shows that the harm of electronic cigarettes is much smaller than smoking.
