Three men secretly sold electronic cigarettes to children in Liverpool stores

Among all these three cases, the local judges issued an order to destroy the detained items.


A spokesman for the Liverpool City Council said: These prosecutions are proposed as part of our regular test purchases to ensure that the venue complies with the laws of age restrictions.
